Statistics Centre − Abu Dhabi (SCAD) is the official source of statistical data in Abu Dhabi Emirate. It was established on 28 April 2008, in accordance with Law No. (7) 2008, promulgated under a decree by HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan (may Allah protect him). The Law entrusts SCAD with the task of developing and organizing statistical work including the production, analysis, and dissemination of official statistics in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
